# Find a colleague and open their profile

Search the Employees list and see someone's work details.

The Employees list shows everyone in your company with their status, job, unit and manager.

## Steps

1.  Open **Employees** in the sidebar.
    
2.  Type a name in the **Search** box above the list.
    
3.  Click the person's name to open their profile.
    
4.  Use the tabs to move around: **Overview, Work Info, Personal info, Contacts** and more.
    

## What is under Work Info

Job & Positions, Compensation, Contract, Work schedule, Leaves, Benefits, Rewards and Assets. Which of these you can open depends on your role.

## Tips

-   The **Sub-units** switch above the list includes people from the units below the one you are looking at.
    
-   To see who reports to whom, open **Org chart** under Team.
