# Find your way around Employo

A quick tour of the sidebar and the Home page.

Everything in Employo starts from the sidebar on the left. Click any item to open it; Home brings you back to your own overview.

## What is in the sidebar

-   **Home, Search, Inbox, Calendar** are always at the top.
    
-   **Personal** holds what is yours: My Rewards, My Approvals, My Vacancies, My Candidates and My Knowledge base.
    
-   **Workspace** holds what your company shares: Team (Org chart, Positions, Jobs, Events), People management (Employees, Assets), Recruitment (Vacancies, Talent pools, Candidates) and the Knowledge base.
    
-   **Administration** is where administrators manage contacts, assets, benefits, rewards, approvals and Space settings.
    

You only see the sections your role gives you access to, so your sidebar may be shorter than the one in the animation.

## Your Home page

Home greets you by name and shows what needs your attention: your candidates and interviews, your leave balance with a Request leave button, and your upcoming leaves. Use the Widgets button at the top right to choose and arrange the cards.
